Weight Loss–Is It Just About Calories?

Formal BlackHeadshot_smallMany of you out there have a challenge with weight. You’ve tried counting calories, low carb diets, grapefruit diets, aerobic exercise, weight lifting.

And nothing seems to work. You might lose a little bit to begin with, but then it all comes back.

Meet John Gabriel. In 2001 he reached 409 pounds. 409 pounds!

But the amazing part of this is the weight he lost. In two and a half years he dropped to 183 pounds, without dieting or surgery. That’s a loss of 226 pounds.

How did he do it? What is his secret?

It has to do with your fat triggers and how your mind works. If you can convince your mind that you need to lose the weight, it will melt off like magic.
